MajdemProductions Official Capital Raising Prospectus
What is MajdemProductions?
MajdemProductions is an internationally owned company with majority of interest found in Australia. We are a Professional productions company, our videos feature on both MetaCafe.com and Youtube.com. We have grown rapidly since our inception by the six main founders on the 30th of July 2008. The founders include the likes of Evan Atkinson, Jack Alderton, Martin Nguyen, Michael Badenhorst, Alexander Anderson and David Hogan.
What are MajdemProductions current and future financial positions?
MajdemProductions is differsified in its ownership. We are currently 10% Singaporean owned, this gives us greater access to the expanding Asian markets. One of our aims for this capital raising is to increase this diversification, as we believe it is a very important part of our business model. We earn money from our videos and advertising on our official Blog, YouTube and Metacafe accounts. Once our company grows our profits should too. We have 14 new video ideas in mind so the future looks bright. Our treasury is growing well and profits should begin to roll in soon. Now is the time to invest in a company with high potential!
So what is the proposed share offer?
We are very happy to announce that the company of MajdemProductions will be split into 200 equal shares. 80 of these will go public. Shares in the company will start at $5 with a special 25% discount for any THGS students or Employees. These shares entitle you to a share in the company’s profits, and hopefully in the future your share/s may be worth a lot more than you paid for them. In other words there is high potential for a capital gain.
Are there risks associated with the offer?
Yes! Of course, return = risk and there may be significant return, so that also means there is significant risk! Our company has NOT earned any profits so far and may not for a while, so until we do there will be significant risk involved. Our videos are highly speculative but in the future should become more stable.
